Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the countries listed below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times include processing time and are counted in business days:
- United States: 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 6–8 business days
- Canada: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons such as Halloween and the holidays, or due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Packages
